The Walk-With Assistant communicates with your client through e-mail or text messaging alerts. These alerts advise the client that it is time to view a WWA Session. Through a secure internet connection from their cell phone, computer, or other devise, the client views the message and enters feedback if prompted. Based on the client’s response, the WWA Session can be set to send additional information, ask additional questions, or send you an e-mail alert. The Walk-With Assistant keeps track of client responses and displays them into easy to read reports for your use during the treatment process.

How much of a WWA session can be individualized?
Each WWA Session message, available responses, and follow-up actions can be individually tailored to meet your client’s specific needs. Every message automatically begins with your client’s first name. The frequency of WWA Session alerts can be easily adjusted and can be set to specific times, to specific intervals of time, or to random time intervals throughout the client’s day. WWA Sessions can be set to work around client specific schedules.
What reports will the Walk-With Assistant show?
Graphic displays, lists, and side-by-side comparisons arranged by day, hour of the day, or week. Slicing, dicing, and viewing the real time data collected from your client is a snap. Spot patterns, trend progress, or compare responses using our robust selection of pre-built push button reports. Print or save informative reports for your client’s file for future reference. How does WWA handle HIPAA Privacy Issues?
Privacy is one of our highest concerns. The Walk-With Assistant follows HIPAA rules for protecting the privacy and security of protected health information.
The Walk-With Assistant employs a SSL encrypted connection between both you and the professional side of WWA application as well as between your client and their side of the WWA application.
We provide a signed standard Business Associates Agreement for health care providers. The Business Associates Agreement is a contract that defines how Bright Tiger Enterprises, LLC (us) as a company provides access to your client’s Protected Health Information.
To summarize the standard Business Associates Agreement, Bright Tiger Enterprises is not delegated to release patient protected health information (PHI) to anyone other than the subscriber of the service or as demanded by law. We are also not delegated to amend any client information. All HIPAA access and amendment requests are the responsibility of the professional provider. All client information is returned to you and purged from BTE files on account termination.
