About the Walk-With Assistant

What is the WWA Session Library?
The WWA Session library is a growing library of pre-built session templates designed to speed up the process of creating or tailoring WWA Session.
WWA Session templates in the general library are wholly owned by Bright Tiger Enterprises, LLC and are offered for use by subscribing members as part of the subscription package.
What is the WWA Proprietary Library?
The Proprietary Library is designed to give subscribers access to additional tools that have either been through clinical trials through some medium or are sponsored by individuals or entities as part of their intellectual property.
WWA sessions scheduled from the proprietary library may be subject to additional fees, be restricted from cloning or modifying, and/or have additional terms of use that must be agreed to.
There are currently no sessions in the WWA Proprietary Library.
As the Walk-With Assistant continues to grow and develop, we plan to add a host of psychological tests, nutrition trackers, and specific interventions for general and mental health conditions for WWA subscriber use.
How much time does it take to schedule a client for a WWA session?
Literally inside of 1 minute. Scheduling is straightforward and simple. Choose the time you want the WWA Session to run at or between and the days you want it to schedule itself and it is ready to go.
How much time does it take to set up a new client?
Initial client set-up can be done in a couple of minutes. The Walk-With Assistant collects the client's name, account number, gender, and/or birth date to help you keep client files organized. The Walk-With Assistant only needs the client's username and their e-mail or phone number to do it's job. A communications test button on the set-up page ensures you have a good connection with your client while they are still in your office.
Do I have to have an internet connection to use the Walk-With Assistant?
Yes, the Walk-With Assistant is available only through a website connection. Likewise, WWA Sessions scheduled with your clients are only available to them through an internet connection. While logged in, both yours and your client's connection to the Walk-With Assistant is safeguarded through a Secure Second Layer (SSL) connection.
Where can I access the Walk-With Assistant from?
You can access the Walk-With Assistant from any devise that can browse an internet site and accept a SSL encrypted connection. We strongly recommend that access be limited to non-public computers with hard wire connections or secure wireless connections to best safeguard your client's protected health information.
How hard is it to create my own WWA sessions for a client?
The Walk-With Session editor allows you to quickly and easily build a session. Our step by step approach allows you to decide:
A. how often the WWA Session schedules itself,
B. what text displays to the client,
C. the way the WWA Session schedules itself,
D. the information, if any, to be collected, and,
E. what, if any, follow-up actions are taken in reaction to client responses.
With the Walk-With session editor, the variety of sessions that can be created is practically unlimited.
How much flexibility do I have in tailoring WWA sessions?
Tailoring sessions to fit client specific issues or needs is quick and easy with the WWA Session Editor. The editor allows you to quickly make changes in text, or add automatic follow-up actions to client responses, or even change the frequency and timing of when the client is contacted.
How frequently can I have sessions run for my clients?
WWA sessions can be run as frequently as every fifteen minutes.
Can I use the Walk-With Assistant to alert me when a client is in crisis?
Due to the inherent fallibility involved in internet and wireless connections, we recommend against using the Walk-With Assistant as a vehicle for communicating client crisis. It is not design as or intended to be used as an emergency communication devise.
Do you help me explain how to use WWA sessions to my clients?
We provide you with a written handout to give clients who are just beginning with the Walk-With Assistant. This handout gives an overview the Walk-With Learning concept, explains how to connect to WWA Sessions, and discusses privacy considerations. Clients can also access this web site and navigate to the client assistance page for additional tips on participating in WWA Sessions.
What happens if my client forgets their password or disables their account?
Walk-With Assistant account subscribers have full control over their client's passwords. Client accounts automatically disable after three failed password attempts. This feature is part of the safeguards built into the Walk-With Assistant to better protect client information.
Resetting a client password is only a couple of clicks once you are logged into the Walk-With Assistant.
Bright Tiger Enterprises never under any circumstances resets a client's password.
